Has anyone dealt with Hdewcameras.com buying camcorders?

I am thinking of buying a Sony HXR NX5 camcorder and before i press the button i was wondering if anyone had experience of this company.

I have not heard of Hdewcameras.com but there are many web-sellers that are not as well known like Adorama Camera or B&H Photo, etc. for example. The internet price of the Sony HXR NX5 in the US is $3,999.00. Some resellers are selling the cam for less but may add high shipping fees. Also some of the cheaper posted prices may be for a demo, refurbished, or open-boxed cam. Also there are grey market cams sold cheasper becuase they don’t include a US warranty and/or may be missing the factory included accessories and/or substituted for cheaper items. You are better off dealing with well known and high user rated web-seller. Sometimes trying to save a few dollars isn’t worth it in the long run.

The Sony HXR NX5 is a great camera. Have fun with it.

So the tv powers on fine, picture is fine, and after a min or 2 the picture and sound shut off and the stand by light blinks about 30 times and then the tv comes back on. 2 mins later, same thing, and continues this until we shut it off.
